I just did. I looked on their faq, and they didn’t mention any mistakes as a reason for returns, only damages during shipping. They better fix it or I’ll sue them…. all the way in the U.K
it can be like ‘failure to fulfill promised product to consumer’ or something along the lines
false advertisement :/
